In The Air Fryer
Ingredients – 2 ears of corn — shucked – Salt and pepper to taste – Oil cooking spray – Melted butter — optional for serving 4 servings 11 mins
Preheat your air fryer to 400°F (200°C). Place the corn on the cob in the air fryer basket in a single layer.
Lightly spray the corn with cooking spray and sprinkle with salt.
Air fry for 12-15 minutes, turning the corn every 5 minutes, or until the corn is cooked to your desired level of doneness.
Remove the corn from the air fryer and let it cool for a few minutes. Serve with butter and additional salt, if desired.
