Barbell deadlift

This exercise involves holding a barbell ahead of the body and beneath the waist – then lowering it slowly and bringing back up – 10 reps, and 4 sets are good to go.

This upper body exercise is an intense one that takes a great deal of arm strength. It requires one to pull oneself up while hanging from a bar.

Another brilliant way to tone wing muscles, push-ups are of several types and across its forms, the exercise can work well to treat wing scapula.

Dumbbell row

For this workout, hinge forward and place one arm on the bench – grasp a dumbbell and pull it towards the ribs while keeping the back straight.

Lat pull-down

This exercise involves hanging from a pulley unit and grabbing a bar and pulling it towards the chest. The exercise is another intense workout which requires arm strength.

Seated cable rows

For this exercise, try sitting and then with two nozzles, pull your body towards the equipment while releasing slowly. Perform this in 4 sets, 10, 8, 6 and 4 repetitions each.
